Great litle thing for your kid, 25 Oct 2008
I bought this product 5 months ago for my daughter.. she is only 6 months now so I cant say how much she like it.. but me and my wife love this product.. music is good and projection is also very good.
I would recommend this product. Its definitely something that you will be happy to see in your kid's room.
Retro but cute...., 20 Apr 2008
I bought this for my ten week old baby girl whilst she was sleeping in her moses basket and couldn't have a cot mobile. It's very basic but very cute - it glows a subtle pink colour, has a lovely soothing lullaby that plays for 5 or 10 minutes and a teddy-bear light show that projects onto the ceiling. I turn it on as part of my daughters sleep routine and really works well.

busy mobile, 24 Jun 2007
The toys are bright and colourful. The music is not as good as it might be but i feel the mobile is busy and there are plenty of things to keep baby occupied
Looks better than it is, 03 Jun 2007
This item is huge! honastly!
I was going to put it on my sons crib, but couldn't get him in or out as it too up too much room, so I had to fix it onto the cot instead.
The characters are well made, and can be reused, which is a great idea.
The built in night light is a bit naff, it glows a sort of street lamp glow, and you can't see your childs beautiful face, which is a shame.
When it is switched onto turn the toys, it makes a sort of buzzing sound, and can be heard over the music, and seems to get cought and stop for a few seconds now and again.
Ahhh, the music...
Well, I thought that it was supposed to be relaxing? erm.. no! I find the the music is more sort of "upbeat" rather than relaxing.
There is one on there where it is "relaxing" water sounds, and a bird in the background, but I find it boring!
When my son grabs a toy, the thing starts to click, and doesn't like it (a bit like when you hold a rotating fan).
I thought this was quite pricey too. It's all in the "disney" name...

Good, but need adult help and child's patience, 07 Nov 2008
The planets come in 2 rigid plastic halves that are easily clipped together and are textured to help with painting. Lots of chance to talk about the planets and the differences between them. Had great fun painting the various planets with my 4 and 6yo kids, but connecting them to the hangers once dry was a really fiddly job that a kid could never do. You need to tie plastic fishing line to small plastic pegs that connect each planet to a hook that attaches to the hanger. Overall including the sun and the hanger itself, that's about 20 really fiddly connectors to tie to the thread (with invisible thread that you have to double or triple knot each time to ensure they stay attached. You need steady hands and good eyes for this bit!)
I'd recommend the toy, but be sure when you leave the planets overnight to dry that you prepare all the cables while the kids aren't about!
And woooo - Pluto is in there :D

Lovely little positioner!, 23 Jun 2008
I use this in the cot for my very young baby. It gives piece of mind knowing they cant roll over in their big cot. It also looks really lovely and is very baby friendly with the cute animals! It has vents for air to flow and is size adjustable. Probably only suitable for small babies though because once they start to wriggle, they wriggle straight out of it!

Product Description
Mobile telephony is an indescribably complex business. And it's often handy to know that when you're delivering your takeaway order to Mr Ho-Wong down at the local Chinese, your call is backed by billions of pounds of technology. Technology that has led, almost inevitably, to the creation of the ever-so-collectable and dashed useful Mo Pods. A Mo Pod - for there are many styles and varieties to choose from - is quite simply a small furry character that sits lifelessly inside a small glass dome attached to one's mobile using a handy keyring-type lead. 'Is that all?', you ask. No. It is not all. For the Mo Pods do mo' - much mo' - than just stand there. Mo Pods tune-in to the incoming frequencies recognised by one's mobile telephone and, in so doing, perform a flashing dance (not unlike that of Mr Travolta in Saturday Night Fever) whenever they spot an incoming call or text. Spinning around like a whirling dervish, they perform the public service of alerting you to your good fortune, perhaps in a noisy pub or in the midst of a dull meeting. Relative to the profusion of dull and rather functional mobile accessories peppering our shelves - which, let's face it, only seem to come in one shade of black - Mo Pods are a ray of light in an otherwise Bluetooth desert. Needless to say, it is incumbent on you as a follower of these fashions, not merely to stop at one Pod, but to go on to amass a collection of a whole number of fascinating little characters. Then simply pop and go with the Mo. Yo.

Product Description
This little device is simply marvellous at alerting you to an incoming message or call on your mobile telephone. Sometimes, of course, it's not always possible to answer, for example when you're being served by a pretty teller at the bank or having a refreshing shower. It's at times like these that voicemail is perfect. It's those other times, when it is possible to answer, but not always possible to hear your ringtone, that the mobile, otherwise a truly liberating invention, is among the most frustrating gadgets of all time. That's where the Doctor's handy phone charm comes in. Attached to your mobile by a little lanyard, the miniaturised Dalek contained within goes simply bananas, spinning a full 360 degrees, when there's a mobile signal (for call or SMS) in the air. It's just like Torville and Dean, except with a deathly intent - and a very short fuse. Aficionados of Dr Who can't get enough of these, needless to say, but we believe their functional brilliance makes them destined for even greater things. Put simply, they work too dashed well to just be the preserve of the fans.

Dr Who Dalek Mobile Phone Spinnez, 02 Jul 2008
I bought one of these 'Dalek Spinnerz' and for a short while it was perfect, you could make it spin and flash ,just by hitting your dial button!BUT it only lasted a month untill it stopped working :( I have tried a new battery, but the Dalek is DEAD!
So,its good for a short while, and very eye catching, but overall its a short lived experience,I am sad to say!
Dr Who Dalek, 02 Dec 2007
I love this, I have it attached to my handbag when going out and it survived Friday afternoon on the tube! I always know when I have a call, I also know if the person next to me has a call as it works over about 50cm, so it can go on my desk, phone in the bag on the floor and it flashes. I bought my mum the monkey one as she doesn't always hear her phone.
Love it!, 30 Nov 2007
I got this for my partner for his phone but it hasn't got a loop hole on it. So unlucky for him,I get to keep it. First time my phone rang or even when you ring someone else, the dalek started spinning uncontrollably and the bright blue light flashed with it. I am well impressed, and everyone that has seen mine, want one! Everyone should have one. Great little gadget!
