Product Description
Create your very own fantastic glow in the dark designs! This board comes with six fluorescent marker colours; pink, yellow, green, blue, red and orange. Not only can you create incredible images, but with the slide out lower drawing surface you can add an extra layer, giving your drawings a feeling of real depth. The board allows you to light up each surface individually or alternate between the two, creating moving neon signs!

Great 'til the pens run out., 28 Nov 2008
My 7 year old son was given this for Christmas and really enjoyed playing with it, until the Glow Markers quickly ran out. No shop sells the refills, you have to order them from Crayola, who are currently out of stock. The Glow board has sat for months on the shelf unused and has been a waste of money. I would have recommended it if the refills had been readily available, but without them it is useless.

I bought this gift as a present for my 9 year old. We had spent a lot of time on amazon going through the reviews as she had initially asked for a password journal. I convinced her to go with this as the reviews on her chosen gift were not very good. To be honest the packaging is great, the container durable, but you could fit all of that stuff in half the size. I had also bought her the Klutz Paper fashion book at the same time for less than half the price and although it offers something slightly different, you could buy both the Klutz fashion books currently on offer for the price of this product and still have change to get the Klutz 'extra stuff'.

Rubbish, 16 Nov 2008
This is a useless product. My son was unable to use it. It is very difficult to make any impression on either side.
Very disapointing, 17 Oct 2008
My husband and I brought this product as a gift for our son who at the time had recently turned 2, so well over the recomended age of 18 months and up. We liked teh idea of no mess craft fun. Unfortunately though, the product did not meet with our expectations. The white aqua-draw side became stained after minimum and supervised use. Then we decided that perhaps our son was too young for it so put it away for a couple of months. On getting it out again we gave it back to him and within ten minutes the white side had become torn where our son had become frustrated with how hard it was to get the 'water pen' to draw on it and pushed harder. Nothing that any child of this age would not do. That side is no longer useable at all. So it seems to me that this is a lot of money to pay for a gel easel which probably costs nothing to manufacter and will soon end up in the bin, surely in this day and age companies should have a responsiblity to create things designed to last rather than fill up yet more landfill??
Returned to shop on day of purchase!, 17 Sep 2008
This product is useless as all the other reviewers have said. My boys had it for an hour and the whole surface was scratched and a hole was worn in part of it - it also has tide marks and went all wrinkly. I brought it back to the shop and got my money back. I have also complained to Crayola. Not worth the money - Aquadraw is much better.
Seriously disappointed, 16 Jul 2008
It is 8.30am on my daughter's 2nd birthday and the water side is scratched already and there's a tide mark of water at the bottom which causes the surface to rub away if touched. The gel side is difficult to use and the shapes do not seem to make an impression. Overall we are really disappointed with this and would expect better from Crayola.
This toy is a waste of money!, 26 Apr 2008
My daughter was given this toy for her second birthday; within an hour of receiving it the white side was damaged from normal gentle use. We returned the item and the replacement was just the same - the surface dries with a tide mark and has disintegrated with normal use.
The gel side is also difficult to clear.
This is certainly not the child friendly toy you would expect it to be. A very disappointed toddler has given up on it!

This is certainly not the child friendly toy you would expect it to be. A very disappointed toddler has given up on it! GOOD VALUE, 08 Feb 2008
I think this is excellent value for money, more importantly my son loves it. There is some self assembly which is basically attaching the legs( 2 height settings), trays and plastic side bars which is done in 5 mins. The boards are thin but i don't expect them to break unless treated badly.
The set comes with oversized chalk a sponge, rubberized letters which stick to the board by suckers and 2 beakers. I am very pleased with this purchase :)
Good, but feels cheap, 08 Jun 2005
Ordered this for my two children aged 3 and 2. Arived earlier than expected (good!) and was a doddle to put together, just a cas of attaching legs and trays with some bolts. The kids love it, and are having fun with it as we speak. The opnly down side is I can see it getting broken fairly soon. The boards are quite thin and would only take a toddler chucking a few things at it before it marked or broke the boards. If the boards were made thicker, and maybe the legs thicker and more sturdy (the legs are good and the spacers hold them well, but could be better) this would be an excellent 5 stars all round. Basically, I'm happy, the kids love it, and I will just have to make sure they treat it with respect and I can see them having many hours of pleasure and fun with this!
